I had an irritation to one of my eyes that lasted for almost a week so I knew I had to see a doctor. My insurance listed Dr. Zdenek as one of the doctors in the network and they were able to take me in for a same day appt. I went on Yelp after I had already made the appt. and saw some negative reviews. I thought to myself “oh no” and decided to not have any high expectations. BUT my experience was anything but negative! The office inside was clean and beautiful. The medical staff there were so nice and I met with the doctor on time. Dr. Zdenek was great. He was very patient and informative with me. He wrote me up a prescription and also gave me a trial sample of it and told me to fill the prescription only if I still need more meds after the sample ran out. After 3 days my eye is back to normal and I didn’t spend anything on getting a prescription. Thank you doc.
